OUR GOURMET FLAPJACKS ARE VEGAN, VERY LOW GLUTEN AND DELICIOUS!

Our flapjacks are made without gluten containing ingredients. We take utmost care to avoid cross-contamination - however, we do handle gluten in our kitchen, so there is still a very small risk.  Therefore we label our flapjacks "Very Low Gluten".
