Say hello to our brand new Lemon Drizzle Cake - a fresh new flavour for summer 2025!

This bake is zesty, golden, and topped with that all-important crunchy drizzle that we all love. It’s bursting with fresh lemon juice and zest, and made using locally sourced free-range eggs, as always.

 

Approx 18 x 30cm Traybake

  • Self Raising Flour (Fortified British Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Raising Agents: Calcium Phosphate, Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate)  Butter (MILK), Sugar, EGGS, Lemon

     

    Made in a kitchen that handles Wheat, Egg, Nuts, Milk, Soya, Sulphites.

    Whilst every precaution is taken to avoid cross-contamination we cannot guarantee this.

  • We promise our products are always freshly baked.   Stored in an air tight container, this cake has a shelf life of 7 days.  We recommend freezing in portions to avoid wastage.  Why not serve warm as a dessert, with fresh fruit and ice cream?
