This bake is zesty, golden, and topped with that all-important crunchy drizzle that we all love. It’s bursting with fresh lemon juice and zest, and made using locally sourced free-range eggs, as always.

We promise our products are always freshly baked. Stored in an air tight container, this cake has a shelf life of 7 days. We recommend freezing in portions to avoid wastage. Why not serve warm as a dessert, with fresh fruit and ice cream?
