This is an old, old recipe we've dug out of the archives. Our grandma used to make this when we went to visit in the school holidays! The chocolate biscuit base has oats, which gives a great texture, and the topping is a rich and buttery coffee icing. At around £1.00 per slice, it's a great price too!
