LEAD TIME & SHIPPING

GIFT ORDERS

All our gifts are freshly baked to order.  Please allow 2-3 working days for us to make, bake, pack and ship your order.  We work Monday - Friday.  If you need your order delivered on a specific day, please contact us prior to placing your order. 

We cannot accept responsibility for recipients not being home.  It is important that we are provided with a mobile number or email address for someone at the delivery address.  This is used by the courier to provide delivery tracking information and helps avoid the parcel being returned to depot should the recipient not be home.

TRADE & WHOLESALE ORDERS

All our trade products are freshly baked to order and shipped the day they're baked.  Please allow up to 2 working days between order and dispatch (but we're usually quicker!).  We ship using Fedex next day service from Monday - Thursday and deliver in and around Devon ourselves on a Friday.  If you need your order delivered on a specific day, please contact us.

  • Our standard shipping charge is £6.50

  • We ship using a next day couier service. 99% of the parcels arrive next day!

  • Shipping is free for orders over £100 to one UK address.

  • Our standard shipping covers most of mainland UK.  There is an extra charge and longer shipping time to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Ireland and the Channel Islands.  Please contact us if you would like more information.

  • Please note we ship your baked goods once they've been baked, cooled and wrapped to provide maximum freshness. We cannot control delays made by the shipping companies during the shipping process and are not liable for delays resulting from their operations.

  • We do not refund orders which are delayed due to delivery issues.

Returns

Our products are made to order and as such, cannot be returned.

Orders are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Lastly, we take pride in our products and our standards in maintaining freshness so you can enjoy the most delicious baked treats possible. If you feel the product you received is not up to standard, send us a note at hello@willow-finch.co.uk and we will look into your specific case.
