WHAT ARE COOKIE POINTS?
Cookie points are points you can earn, and then turn into rewards to use on your Willow & Finch purchases.
HOW CAN I EARN COOKIE POINTS?
When you apply to start collecting points, you'll earn them by recommending Willow & Finch to your family, friends and customers.
HOW WILL I RECOMMEND WILLOW & FINCH?
You'll receive a unique reference number and some promotional cards for giving away. We can also provide images you can share on social media. These will all have your unique number on and may look something like this...
This number will be unique to you.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY POINTS?
Each time a customer purchases something online using your unique code, you'll earn 100 cookie points. The more you share, the more you'll earn!
HOW WILL I GET MY REWARD
When you have a total of 1000 cookie points, you'll receive a reward. This will be a coupon code to use at checkout, for £10 off your next online order.
HOW CAN I CHECK MY POINTS BALANCE?
You can check your points balance at anytime under the rewards tab in your account.
