  • Do I have to pay by card online?
    We love it when our customers order and pay by card online! However, if you're unable to make card payment, you can still order online! When you get to checkout, select "Manual Payment" and we'll email you an invoice for payment by bank transfer instead. If you would prefer to order by email, that's fine too. Please email
  • How do I view your trade products?
    Our trade products are only available to trade customers, so we'll need to grant you access. This is easy to do - simply create a login on our website and tick the "I'm A Trade Customer" box. This will send us a notification and start the process. It can take up to 24hrs but is usually much faster than that. If you're having trouble gaining access please email us at
