Our spring limited edition cake is fruity and light. A classic carrot cake recipe, with fresh carrot, orange zest and walnuts, topped with a tangy blood orange glaze.

We promise our products are always freshly baked. Stored in an air tight container our brownies have a shelf life of 10 days. We recommend freezing in portions to avoid wastage. Why not serve warm as a dessert, with fresh fruit and ice cream?
