Our spring limited edition cake is fruity and light.  A classic carrot cake recipe, with fresh carrot, orange zest and walnuts, topped with a tangy blood orange glaze.

 

Approx 18 x 30cm Traybake

  • Sugar, Sunflower Oil,  WHEAT Flour (WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Raising Agents: Calcium Phosphate, Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate), EGG, Carrot, Orange,  Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Salt, Raising Agents (E 500 (Sodium Carbonates)

     

    Made in a kitchen that handles Wheat, Egg, Nuts, Milk, Soya, Sulphites.

    Whilst every precaution is taken to avoid cross-contamination we cannot guarantee this.

  • We promise our products are always freshly baked.   Stored in an air tight container our brownies have a shelf life of 10 days.  We recommend freezing in portions to avoid wastage.  Why not serve warm as a dessert, with fresh fruit and ice cream?
