Dark chocolate and spicy stem ginger pieces add a warming and rich flavour.
Our flapjacks are made without gluten containing ingredients.
We take utmost care to avoid cross-contamination - however, we do handle gluten in our kitchen, so there is still a very small risk. Therefore we label our flapjacks "Very Low Gluten".

We promise our products are always freshly baked to order. Our flapjacks are best kept in an airtight container and have an ambient shelf life of 6 weeks when dispatched. If you want to keep them longer, you can freeze them for up to 6 months.
